1. Who we are

Floki Mail is operated by Magesto ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the Service and visit flokimail.com.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, billing details.
• Mailbox connections: OAuth tokens or IMAP/SMTP credentials for accounts you connect, stored encrypted.
• Email data: message content and metadata from connected mailboxes, processed to provide the Service. Your mail remains on your provider's servers; we do not migrate or take ownership of your mailbox.
• Usage data: actions taken in the Service, device and log information.

3. How we use it

To operate the Service (triage, drafting, follow-ups, reporting), to secure and improve it, to provide support, and to bill you. AI processing is used to read, classify and draft email on your behalf, subject to the approval settings you configure.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use the content of your email to advertise to you.
• We do not send mail without an approval path you configured.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, AI model providers, payment processing), under contracts limiting their use of it, and where required by law.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you disconnect a mailbox or delete your account, associated credentials and synced data are deleted within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Security

Credentials are stored encrypted, connections use TLS, and access to production data is restricted and logged. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

You have rights to correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise them; you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
